Aston Development Group plans to develop 316 acres acres of now open land between Route 273, Appleton Rd and Jackson Hall School Road. More than 510 homes will be built on just 142 acres of buildable land. Meaning, homes will be built on .28 of an acre..most just 20 feet apart!
